The twelve Jyotirlingas are spread across 8 states: Gujarat (2), Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh (2), Uttarakhand, Maharashtra (3), Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu. Each page below covers the temple, how to reach it and the best time to go.

Every Jyotirlinga has a darshan package for 2 adults: a private AC cab from the nearest airport, a 3★ or 4★ hotel and darshan assistance. Packages start at ₹4,500 per person on twin sharing, and flights are not included.

All prices, distances and travel times are approximate and subject to change based on season, availability, hotel category, vehicle type, traffic, route conditions, government fees and supplier pricing. Flight tickets, personal expenses, meals unless specifically mentioned, darshan fees and optional activities are excluded.

There are twelve: Somnath (Prabhas Patan, Veraval, Gujarat); Mallikarjuna (Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh); Mahakaleshwar (Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh); Omkareshwar (Mandhata island, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh); Kedarnath (Kedarnath, Uttarakhand); Bhimashankar (Bhimashankar, Maharashtra); Kashi Vishwanath (Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh); Trimbakeshwar (Trimbak, Maharashtra); Baidyanath (Deoghar, Jharkhand); Nageshwar (Dwarka, Gujarat); Rameshwaram (Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu); Grishneshwar (Verul, Maharashtra).

A private AC cab from the nearest airport and back with local sightseeing, hotel stay on twin sharing with breakfast, tolls, parking, driver allowance and darshan assistance. Flights, other meals, darshan or puja tickets, helicopters, ponies, palkis, ropeways, boats and entry fees are not included.

Each price is per person on twin sharing for 2 adults, with a 3★ hotel (Option A) or a 4★ hotel (Option B) where the town has one. They are indicative estimates, not supplier quotes: expect 20 to 50% more on weekends, festivals and in peak season. We confirm the final price for your dates before you pay.

Most need 2 days and 1 night from the nearest airport. Kedarnath Jyotirlinga needs at least 4 days. Every package can be extended up to 5 days.
