1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Booking” means any reservation, registration, purchase, consultation, event enrolment, retreat participation, travel arrangement, ritual booking, or service request made through HRDYAM.

“Content” means all text, graphics, logos, videos, images, software, documents, designs, audio, trademarks, service marks, databases, reports, articles, educational materials, and other content available on the Platform.

“Platform” means HRDYAM's website, mobile applications, digital portals, communication channels, and any online or offline platform through which HRDYAM offers its services.

“Services” means all products and services provided by HRDYAM, whether presently offered or introduced in the future.

“Third-Party Service Provider” means any independent organisation or individual engaged in providing services connected with your booking, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, temples, priests, retreat facilitators, visa agencies, insurance companies, payment gateways, technology providers, or similar entities.

“User”, “You”, or “Your” means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are accessing the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or lawful guardian;
• The information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You shall comply with these Terms and all applicable laws while using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Modification of Terms

HRDYAM reserves the right to amend, modify, update, replace, or discontinue any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice, where permitted by law.

Any revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Eligibility

To access or use HRDYAM's Services, you must:

• be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable law;
• provide complete, accurate, and current information;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.

HRDYAM reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings where these eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

5. User Account

Certain Services may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree that:

• all registration information shall be truthful and accurate;
• you shall promptly update any information that changes;
• you shall maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• you shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account;
• you shall immediately notify HRDYAM of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

HRDYAM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that is found to contain false information, violate these Terms, or pose a security or legal risk.

6. Scope of Services

HRDYAM provides a platform facilitating various travel, spiritual, educational, and wellness-related services.

Depending upon availability, these Services may include:

• Travel planning and bookings;
• Domestic and international tour packages;
• Pilgrimages and heritage tours;
• Astrology consultations;
• Spiritual guidance sessions;
• Horoscope analysis and reports;
• Rituals and puja bookings;
• Wellness retreats;
• Meditation and yoga programmes;
• Educational workshops;
• Digital learning resources;
• Merchandise and other related offerings.

HRDYAM may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms obligates HRDYAM to continue offering any particular Service indefinitely.

7. Nature of Services

HRDYAM acts as a facilitator, organiser, coordinator, and service provider for various experiences offered through the Platform.

Certain Services may be delivered directly by HRDYAM, while others may be provided by carefully selected independent third-party service providers.

Where services are provided by third parties, HRDYAM facilitates coordination but does not assume operational control over such third parties unless expressly stated.

Availability of any Service is subject to operational feasibility, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, government restrictions, availability of service providers, and other factors beyond HRDYAM's reasonable control.

8. User Responsibilities

By using HRDYAM's Services, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information for bookings and consultations;
• ensure that all travel documents, passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and identification required for your travel or participation are valid and up to date;
• comply with all instructions issued by HRDYAM and authorised service providers;
• conduct yourself respectfully towards staff, guides, facilitators, fellow participants, and third parties;
• comply with local laws, customs, religious practices, and safety requirements during any travel, retreat, pilgrimage, or event;
• refrain from engaging in conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, disruptive, or harmful.

You remain solely responsible for the consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you or your failure to comply with applicable requirements.

9. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise interacting with HRDYAM, you consent to receive communications electronically, including through email, SMS, telephone calls, messaging applications, notifications, or other digital means.

Such communications may include:

• booking confirmations;
• invoices;
• travel updates;
• service notifications;
• security alerts;
• policy updates;
• promotional communications (subject to applicable law and your communication preferences).

Electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

10. Availability of the Platform

HRDYAM endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• scheduled maintenance;
• emergency maintenance;
• technical failures;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• internet disruptions;
• force majeure events;
• third-party service outages.

HRDYAM shall not be liable for temporary interruptions or delays beyond its reasonable control.

11. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings made through HRDYAM are subject to availability, operational feasibility, verification of information, and acceptance by HRDYAM.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

• the required payment has been successfully received or authorised;
• HRDYAM has issued a booking confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel; and
• all documents or information requested by HRDYAM have been submitted, where applicable.

HRDYAM reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any booking before confirmation where:

• inaccurate or misleading information has been provided;
• payment cannot be successfully processed;
• fraud or suspicious activity is suspected;
• the requested service is unavailable;
• compliance with legal or regulatory requirements cannot be achieved; or
• circumstances beyond HRDYAM's reasonable control prevent the provision of the requested service.

12. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed by HRDYAM are quoted in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, convenience fees, government levies, service charges, or third-party fees, which shall be displayed where required.

HRDYAM reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to confirmation of a booking without prior notice.

Users agree to pay all charges associated with the services they select, including:

• consultation fees;
• travel costs;
• accommodation charges;
• transportation charges;
• retreat participation fees;
• visa assistance fees;
• processing charges;
• taxes;
• platform fees; and
• any optional add-on services selected during booking.

Payment may be made using authorised payment methods made available on the Platform.

HRDYAM does not store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, internet banking credentials, or similar financial information. Payment processing is handled by independent third-party payment service providers.

Failure to complete payment within the prescribed timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

13. Travel Services

Travel services facilitated by HRDYAM may include flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, visas, travel coordination, destination experiences, and related arrangements.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• travel schedules are subject to change without prior notice;
• airlines, hotels, transport providers, and governmental authorities operate independently of HRDYAM;
• visa approvals remain the sole discretion of the relevant governmental authorities;
• HRDYAM cannot guarantee the issuance of any visa or travel permit;
• users are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel insurance, and all other mandatory travel documentation.

HRDYAM shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

• missed flights;
• denied boarding;
• immigration decisions;
• customs inspections;
• cancellation of transport by independent providers;
• weather-related disruptions;
• natural disasters;
• political unrest;
• strikes;
• pandemics;
• governmental restrictions; or
• other circumstances beyond HRDYAM's reasonable control.

Where travel services are performed by third-party providers, their respective terms and conditions shall also apply.

14. Astrology and Spiritual Services

HRDYAM offers astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, horoscope analysis, rituals, pujas, meditation programmes, and other faith-based or spiritually oriented services.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• astrology, spiritual guidance, and related services are interpretative in nature and may involve subjective analysis;
• outcomes, predictions, recommendations, remedies, rituals, or guidance should not be interpreted as guarantees of future events or results;
• all decisions based on consultations remain solely the responsibility of the user;
• HRDYAM does not warrant that any consultation, ritual, remedy, or spiritual recommendation will produce a specific outcome.

HRDYAM's astrology and spiritual services are intended for personal guidance, cultural, educational, and spiritual purposes only.

Such services shall not be regarded as medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Users should seek appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions concerning health, finance, legal matters, investments, or any other significant personal or commercial matter.

15. Retreats, Pilgrimages and Events

Participation in retreats, pilgrimages, workshops, ceremonies, and events organised or facilitated by HRDYAM is voluntary.

Participants agree to:

• follow all safety instructions;
• comply with venue rules;
• respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices;
• maintain appropriate behaviour towards fellow participants and staff;
• disclose any medical condition, allergy, mobility limitation, or dietary requirement that may reasonably affect participation.

HRDYAM reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or likely to adversely affect other participants.

No refund shall necessarily be payable where removal results from a participant's misconduct.

16. Consultation Scheduling

Consultations may be conducted online, telephonically, through video conferencing platforms, messaging services, or in person.

Users are responsible for:

• attending consultations at the scheduled time;
• ensuring stable internet or telephone connectivity where applicable;
• providing accurate birth details and other requested information before the consultation.

Where a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, HRDYAM may treat the consultation as completed, subject to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

HRDYAM reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to operational requirements, emergencies, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information;
• impersonate another individual or organisation;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• upload malicious software or harmful code;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or discriminate against any employee, consultant, astrologer, facilitator, participant, or other user;
• violate applicable laws;
• misuse consultations for unlawful purposes;
• copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit HRDYAM's content without written permission.

HRDYAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these obligations are breached.

18. User Content and Communications

Where users submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, feedback, comments, suggestions, or other content through the Platform, they represent that:

• they own or have the necessary rights to submit such content;
• the content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• the content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

By submitting such content, users grant HRDYAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, distribute, and promote such content for business, marketing, educational, or operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

HRDYAM reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

19. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and no-show requests shall be governed by HRDYAM's separate Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By making a booking, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted the applicable refund policy.

Where third-party suppliers impose cancellation charges or non-refundable conditions, such charges may be passed on to the user to the extent permitted by law.

20. Promotional Offers

HRDYAM may periodically offer promotional discounts, vouchers, referral programmes, loyalty benefits, or limited-time offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• promotional offers have no cash value;
• offers cannot be combined unless permitted;
• offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time;
• misuse, fraud, or abuse of promotional programmes may result in cancellation of benefits and suspension of user accounts.

HRDYAM's decision regarding promotional eligibility shall be final, subject to applicable law.

21. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, videos, audio recordings, illustrations, icons, software, source code, databases, reports, educational materials, blog articles, designs, layouts, consultation formats, spiritual content, branding elements, and other proprietary materials (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to HRDYAM and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence, ownership, or other right in favour of the User.

Users shall not, without the prior written consent of HRDYAM:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• use HRDYAM's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner that may imply endorsement or affiliation.

Any unauthorised use may result in suspension of access, legal proceedings, and other remedies available under applicable law.

22. Third-Party Services

Certain Services offered through the Platform may be provided by independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

• airlines;
• hotels and accommodation providers;
• transport operators;
• visa agencies;
• insurance providers;
• payment gateways;
• retreat venues;
• temples and religious institutions;
• astrologers, facilitators, instructors, or wellness professionals;
• technology service providers.

While HRDYAM exercises reasonable care in selecting its partners, such third parties operate independently and remain responsible for their own products, services, policies, acts, and omissions.

HRDYAM shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, deficiencies, negligence, defaults, representations, warranties, or failures attributable to any independent third-party service provider.

Users may also be required to accept the terms and conditions of such third parties before availing their services.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

HRDYAM does not represent or warrant that:

• the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
• defects or technical issues will be corrected immediately;
• the Platform will always be secure or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
• Services will always be available at a particular time or location;
• any recommendation, consultation, itinerary, or guidance will meet every user's expectations or result in a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRDYAM expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HRDYAM, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, affiliates, representatives, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or remote damages arising out of or relating to:

• use or inability to use the Platform;
• delays or interruptions in Services;
• travel disruptions;
• acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
• inaccuracies in information supplied by users;
• cancellation or modification of bookings by third parties;
• governmental actions or restrictions;
• loss of data;
• loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, HRDYAM's aggregate liability arising from any single claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to HRDYAM for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HRDYAM, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• your breach of these Terms;
• violation of applicable laws;
• misuse of the Platform or Services;
• infringement of any third-party rights;
• inaccurate or misleading information provided by you;
• negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

This obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.

26. Suspension and Termination

HRDYAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other legal remedies, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform or Services where:

• you breach these Terms;
• fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• required payments remain outstanding;
• your conduct poses a legal, operational, or reputational risk;
• compliance with applicable law requires such action.

Termination shall not affect any accrued rights, liabilities, payment obligations, or legal remedies available to HRDYAM.

27. Force Majeure

HRDYAM shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• floods;
• earthquakes;
• epidemics or pandemics;
• governmental actions;
• war;
• terrorism;
• civil unrest;
• strikes or labour disputes;
• transportation failures;
• internet or telecommunications outages;
• cyber incidents;
• power failures;
• acts of God.

Where reasonably practicable, HRDYAM shall make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate material updates to affected users.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process required by applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over HRDYAM's principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.

29. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, either party may pursue appropriate legal remedies before the competent courts having jurisdiction under Clause 28.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

31. Waiver

No failure or delay by HRDYAM in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy.

Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of HRDYAM.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional service-specific terms published by HRDYAM, constitute the entire agreement between you and HRDYAM regarding your use of the Platform and Services and supersede all prior communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

33. Assignment

HRDYAM may assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice to users, subject to applicable law.

Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of HRDYAM.
