This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Hrdyam, a travel and tourism service provider ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects personal data of users ("User", "you", "your") availing travel-related services through our website, mobile applications, call centres, social media platforms, and other digital or physical channels.

This Policy applies to all travel and tourism services offered by Hrdyam, including but not limited to:

- Flight, hotel, transport and travel bookings
- Visa assistance and travel documentation
- Group tours, customized itineraries, and travel consultations
This Policy applies where Hrdyam determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
2. Exclusions
This Policy does not apply to:
- Third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, visa authorities, insurance providers, or payment gateways, which have their own privacy policies;
- External websites or platforms linked to Hrdyam services.

By accessing or using Hrdyam's services or by submitting personal information, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, storage, sharing, and retention of your data for travel-related purposes as outlined in this Policy.
Withdrawal of consent may result in cancellation or inability to provide travel services, and cancellation charges may apply as per booking terms.

a) Personal & Travel Information Provided by You
We may collect the following information as required for travel services:
- Full name
- Date of birth, age, gender
- Nationality and residential address
- Email address and phone number
- Photograph
- Government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.)
- Passport details (number, expiry, issuing country)
- Visa details and supporting documents
- Emergency contact details
- Travel preferences and itinerary details
- Booking and transaction information
- Login credentials (if registered)
b) Automatically Collected Information
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Location (country/state level)
- Website usage data, cookies, and analytics
- Date, time, and duration of visits
c) User-Generated Content
Any information, documents, or communications shared for travel processing shall be retained as per Clause 10.
5. Sensitive Personal Data
Hrdyam does not store debit/credit card or banking information. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Sensitive Personal Data shall have the meaning assigned under the Information Technology (SPDI) Rules, 2011, including passwords and officially valid documents.
6. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data is used strictly for:
- Processing travel bookings and reservations
- Visa assistance and compliance with immigration requirements
- Coordination with airlines, hotels, transporters, and tour operators
- Customer support and communication
- Legal, regulatory, and tax compliance
- Fraud prevention and security
- Internal analytics and service improvement
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Your personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary with:
- Airlines, hotels, travel vendors, transport providers

Requests may be sent to the Grievance Officer.
9. Cookies
Cookies are used to enhance website functionality, improve booking experience, and analyse traffic. Cookies do not directly identify users unless personal data is voluntarily provided.
10. Data Retention
- Travel and booking records are retained for up to 8 years or as required under tax, immigration, or travel regulations.
- Documents and user-generated content may be deleted earlier once the purpose is fulfilled, unless legally required.
11. Data Security
Hrdyam follows reasonable security practices, including technical and organisational safeguards, to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Travel-related data may be transferred outside India to airlines, hotels, or service providers located overseas, strictly for travel execution and in compliance with applicable laws.
13. Children's Data
Travel services for minors are processed only with the consent of parents or legal guardians. Hrdyam does not independently solicit data from children.
14. Policy Updates
Hrdyam may revise this Policy periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Information Technology (SPDI) Rules, 2011
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Applicable Indian laws
Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
