Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in accordance with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to astrology@hrdyam.com.

Upon verification of your request, we shall arrange for a return pick-up of the product at the earliest feasible time.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials.
  3. A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom-made or personalized products.
  2. Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Authorization: Contact our customer support team at astrology@hrdyam.com with your order details, including the order number and reason for return.
  2. Packaging Requirements: Securely pack the product in its original packaging along with all included materials.
  3. Shipment of Product: Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  4. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Inspection & Approval

  1. All returned items shall be subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
  2. Returns that do not comply with the above conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
  3. Upon approval, we shall initiate the applicable refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds shall be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return arises due to our error.
  3. Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection.
  4. Approved refunds shall be processed within 10–15 business days.
  5. A confirmation email shall be sent upon successful processing of the refund.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  1. Verify your bank account and contact your payment provider.
