Return Eligibility
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in accordance with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to astrology@hrdyam.com.
Upon verification of your request, we shall arrange for a return pick-up of the product at the earliest feasible time.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Procedure
- Return Authorization: Contact our customer support team at astrology@hrdyam.com with your order details, including the order number and reason for return.
- Packaging Requirements: Securely pack the product in its original packaging along with all included materials.
- Shipment of Product: Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Inspection & Approval
- All returned items shall be subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
- Returns that do not comply with the above conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
- Upon approval, we shall initiate the applicable refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds shall be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return arises due to our error.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds shall be processed within 10–15 business days.
- A confirmation email shall be sent upon successful processing of the refund.

- Verify your bank account and contact your payment provider.
